About Me

As an experienced business leader, sales director and coach, for over 25 years I have worked for and with organisations all over the world, both big and small, including many individual leaders, one by one.

I have a strong successful track record of business development in a range of sectors and industries, bringing an in-depth knowledge of why values-based skills, servant leadership and building relationships of trust are vital in business today.

I am passionate about what I do and love to work with individuals, leaders and teams to help them understand their true potential, through the achievement of personal or business goals.

I specialise in management and executive coaching, leadership, talent and sales development, plus facilitation of workshops all around the globe.  In addition, I design and deliver bespoke sessions working with talented colleagues to help me, when I require their specific skills.

I am based in Scotland, but enjoy working regularly throughout the UK and internationally in Europe, with further global travel as and when required to meet client needs.

I have a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and am a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management.  I have also been a regular member of the judging panel for the UK National Sales Awards (BESMA) for many years.
